ACA Back On The Tail Of David Schirmer… MY 100TH POST!
Tomorrow night A Current Affair will respond to a video left on You Tube made by David Schirmer, about how he claims he was unfairly treated and ambushed by A Current Affair a few nights ago on him taking money from investors.
ACA made David believe they were there to talk to him about his appearance in the DVD ‘The Secret’.

Does the LOA not apply to Schirmer? He is getting back exactly what he has given out to a lot of people for a lot of years.
He will be judged on his actions, not his words, and so far his actions show him up for what he is. He ended up on ACA for a very good reason…….he has hurt a lot of people and now he is being brought to account. He claims to have been “hurt”, yet this is what he did to his victims.
I have no sympathy…..everyone gets what they deserve in the end.

So it is a shameful act for ACA to show up Schirmers blatant mistreatment of investors and clients?
What is shameful is Schirmers actions, which started all this discussion in the first place. If Schirmer had been honest, then this whole ACA program would never have happened. First his thoughts and then his actions have brought this upon himself…no one else is to blame.

Since apearing on ACA the other week I have been doing a lot of talking denying the accusations pointed at me. However I have now decided that these accusations are not something that I can cover up anymore and it is better to come clean. The ACA interview was correct and yes I do owe a lot of people money, in fact more than they know. Yes I have decieved people and yes I have cheated them for my own good. I have taken money from people that I have traded for them and lost it and I have intentionally used my being on the secret to further profit from. In fact ot be totally honest the whole secret is really a very smart marketing exercise where myself and other teachers stood to make a fortune out of gullible people.
ASIC is investigating me right now and I have also recieved an eviction notice to vacate our offices. I also expect legal actin agaist me to proceed soon, so people may not hear too much from me in the future.

Hi All
I know I came clean just recently, and I have called most of those I owed money too, to tell them that I actually don’t have the money to pay them because I am lving on borrowed money, which is how I bought my house in Warrandyte in Melbourne. I own part of a house in Werribee, but my $1.5 million mansion was purchased fully leveraged and my BMW is leased. So I actually have no real money to my name, and I was hoping to launch the managed fund to raise the money from others, to pay back those I owe. I also thought if I ran the weekend workshop with Bob Proctor I would raise enough money to pay everyone back. So my intentions have always been to pay people back by taking from others to pay those I am due. I know this strategy might not appeal to everyone, but it allows me to grow my business, as I need to rob Peter to pay Paul.
Many of you may not know, but I am the chosen one in Australia that has been selected to bring englightenment to all. And my journey so far has been to achieve this goal. If some get hurt along the way so be it - life is meant to be enjoyed.
Some of you will question my ethics, but as the secret say, believe and you will conceive.

Hi Dave,
Would it be conviniant for you to move into the house you own in Werribee, and sell the 1.5 million dollar mansion , as well as the 250,000 dollar dining table , to free up some cash , so you can pay those people who mortaged their house to borrow money to pay for products and services sold by you .
Its been a huge bull share market these last four years, I suppose the profits from the money made in trading/ investing in the share market would cover the lease payments on the BMW

If it is convenient David it would be a good idea to set the whole thing straight and make sure that these people are NOT paid befoe the people who you owed money to at least in 2001.

If this is all to do with Schirmer I am disgusted. What have the authorities been doing? Why is this man allowed to continue to operate in the way he has? Why does he owe so many people money and people who don’t seem to even know each other? Does this man have a conscience? This is really terrible. I am astounded that David Schirmer still has people buying his products and going to his workshops, are these people blind. There is no way that after getting so much media attention and then lying to Bob Proctor that he is believable now. Even if Bob Proctor did not fulfill every promise taking it directly to the media is not the right way for Schirmer to deal with it when he’s sucking up to Proctor big time post the first airing on ACA. That just shows everyone how desparate he is to blame others when he should be looking inside himself and looking at what he’s got to rectify this situation. I am equally amazed one rule for Schirmer, one for the rest of mankind. Weird oh and he’s supposed to be a christian - what a fraud in every sense of the word.

Oh and Nathalie, The answer is no you cannot feel sorry for Schirmers children because he obviously did not care for anyone else or their children so no I dont’ feel any more sorry for them than I do anyone elses. We are all equals in this world and especially people who pretend to be the personal development experts that they do. The experiences of his children are his doing no-one elses. He must take full responsibility for the heartache he has imposed on everyone including his own children and I think I read somewhere that there is quite a few too. 1 or 10 makes no difference, the impact is still the same to each one. I have two of my own children and there is no way that I would impose on them the greed or selfishness that he does my conscience would not allow it. It is very evil.

Interesting, I thought the Science Of Getting Rich program is one of the products that the people in Australia invested in. What are Bob Proctor and David Schirmer doing about compensating the people who gave David Schirmer all the money to buy this Proctor business. Schirmers idea - I use my money for me and your money for me also and provide no information about what I am doing and no returns and threaten anyone who says anything to shut them up. Everyone is right up on THE SECRET now and they, particularly Schirmer, are being held accountable for the lies, deception and greed. Schirmers actions in defaming Bob Proctor to the media is totally shameful. It would be nice, and frankly right, to see Bob Proctor do something about Schirmer. Schirmer has the ability to get on stage and gloss over the real issues and make himself sound the pro, yes he is a good talker (a well honed snake oil MLM spruiker) but what he/they do behind everyones back is totally dishonest and goes against every christian value that a lot of people were led to believe they lived by. Their pretentious christian beliefs are a lie and a disgrace as is every other aspect of their life.
This is how these people present the investments (this information was taken from a Neil Jenman news bulletin).
“you’ll be shown a “unique strategy” on how to control “multi million dollar” properties with “minimum risk and maximum return!”.
“the seminar is simply a “sell” to attend another seminar apparently costing up to $30,000 per person – that’s the one where you will supposedly discover the “real” secrets.”
“As money comes in from new investors, it gets used to pay the old established investors – and the company’s debts. On the surface, everything looks good. These people are driving around in their flash cars, living in their big houses and paying their debts by raising more and more money from more and more mum-and-dad investors.”
Look at the ACR collapse in Australia, Schirmer is tiny fry but uses the same principle and this is precisely why these people should be stopped. No-one is going to shut up for very long waiting while those they have given the money to go public and boast about everything that they have and be smug about it because it is very obvious where what they have got has come from. Imagine Richard Branson, Bill Gates or others of the ilk doing that? They should be damn glad that it has happened now and not when they are $10million in debt. But then maybe they are that much in debt….

Interesting Michael B, says a lot doesn’t it. Anyone involved with Schirmer right now should be shaking in their boots. I know these people and although I also attended a couple of their seminars I had a feeling from the very first moment of meeting Schirmer that there was something just not very ethical going on. God help anyone involved that’s all I say. If Bob Proctor hangs around then that probably explains him also.

I have just picked up on these posts and I am in shock. I expected so much more from The Secret teachers and I realise even tho I don’t know the people he owes money to I do believe that they would not say such things on national tv if they were not true. David Schirmer certainly does not look innocent and I also read that Ben Fordham has so much more on him yet. I wonder if Bob Proctor thinks he’s his pal now or whether he has been charmed by Schirmer? I listened as some people said how disgusted they were that this was linked to The Secret but David Schirmer is on The Secret so it is impossible to separate the two besides he is claiming to be more than capable while doing all this stuff in the background. I certainly don’t live like that nor do I know anyone who does, that is until now.

Schirmer was supposed to have a book apparently at the Mind and Money forum last year. Did anyone get a copy of this? I noticed on another post that he was also to send out a copy of Gerry Roberts book, did that happen or was that yet another Schirmer lie. I believe that Schirmer has been feeding the public a very complete diet of lies and crap for a very long time.

Just got an email from Schirmer and it sounds damn desperate to me. They had a sale like this a few years ago and it was the same desperate situation when Schirmers Trading Edge company went under. Things are not looking good and I really wonder what the investors and the media think about this latest attempt to grab cash. They are calling it a “moving sale” but they have already moved haven’t they? If you are really really really keen to get your hands on some Schirmer product, give Sylvia Burgess a call and ask her where their warehouse is so you can go and load up at such good prices and at their investors expense. Who the hell would give money to these people to invest for them. I have noticed the staff names keep changing every week, curious george wonders why?

I have just heard that Schirmers Mind & Money event was loaded with scholarships, they are people who go for FREE! I’m sure the investors would be thrilled to hear that and it just adds to the lies that Schirmer has been telling if it’s true.
So the investors give Schirmer the money for the business, Schirmer uses the money and gives away the investors assets. How does that work as a positve for anyone who has given to them? I am damn glad that I never gave that guy money and I am also damn glad that I didn’t book in for the event. I was tempted but have given everything away now including by Secret DVD and book - bugger them, they don’t have any ethics.

I like what someone else has called their website “KEEPING THE BASTARDS HONEST” that sums up the Schirmers. Liers, cheats, thiefs and scum are all words used to describe them and it looks like a good majority of people know it is true too. I can’t see this thing stopping until Schirmer comes clean or goes under. The public are enraged as the deceipt and from my investigations ACA have loads of evidence, ASIC are investigating and the ATO also. Someone even mentioned ACCC somewhere also so the Schirmers are really in a mess right now and all because they told a few larger fibs than the law allows.
Those cars and houses and tables don’t mean much when your reputation is shit and people don’t trust you. I can’t imagine working my guts out to support a pretentious lifestyle like the Schirmers live. What sort of example is that to the public and their family? If you have to take from other people to get it then it’s not yours to start with and never will be. Get over it Schirmer, you aren’t such a star after all.

There is something about yourself that you hate and it shows in your need for attention and your figure and the cocky way you speak to people about serious things. You don’t deserve anyones respect while you are so phoney. Real people with real values can see who you really are. You cheat on everyone, you lie about everything because you have created this world that you want to live in and you need to lie to make it real, you steal from people to make that possible. You get very aggressive when people copy your work and that is because you have copied it off someone else. You spend a lot of money on yourself and charm people to make them trust you and then you steal from them. When you are finished with them you discard them and tell horrible lies about people so that the people you have around you right now believe you. You need this to happen so that your cycle continues and you can continue to maintain your fat little arse. You have very wicked peircing eyes which have been described by many as evil. Yes it is true, your eyes are far too little for your head. You probably also have little soft hands because men like you do. This tells the ladies that you are very unfaithful and you confide in people deceiptfully but it shows. Some people continue to be your friends just hoping that they will get what they are owed if they do so but soon those people will also remove themselves from you. You have many family members but you are not close to any of them because you feel you are far better than them. You talk about people a lot but you pretend that you don’t. I wonder just how close to the real David Schirmer this description is. I took this from another spruiker that I have been following and I think it might be pretty accurate. Anyone any clues?

Thanks Cosy, I got a laugh from your comments but I’d say you are pretty accurate. Schirmers name certainly doesn’t hold up too well in the trading industry these days I guess we’ll find out why soon. I heard that another person had a trading company with Schirmer also do you know who that was? I’d like to ask him/her how they faired or if their results were the same as the other guy on ACA. Pretty interesting when we’ve had the best years ever over the last 4 for trading. I think Schirmer should be forced to revise the rubbish he has on his websites too. Maybe ACA will pull that up also. Will be interesting to see this unfold.

With the completion of both the 2005 and now 2006 financial year it will be great for all the investors in the Platinum Group trading accounts setup by David and traded by Davud to see the results of his skils, in trading the huge bull market run , as stated at the many bi monthly meetings of this group over the last couple of years , this includes both shares , commodities and Forex.

It looks like Schirmer is up to his usual tricks taking something from people and giving nothing in return. Now he’s sending out free Chris Howard tickets. Hasn’t he caught up with reality yet? Chris Howard tickets are all free, they just have a face value apparently that makes them look like they are worth something. The only one to benefit is Schirmer himself when you buy more Chris Howard workshops. Take my advice and go straight to Chris’s website like I’ve just done on someone else’s advice. Why line Schirmers pocket when he refuses to pay anyone back?

Schirmer, where is the money? You recently wrote:

Schirmer has not paid his platinum traders the promised return on the trading fund for 2005 OR 2006 and he has not paid his investors a single dime so what has he done with the money? One contract on the SPI is $25 per point. According to Schirmers comments here that equates to $45,000 per contract ONLY since 28 November 2005. So, where is the money?
House, cars, dining room table, holidays, art work, trips to America - lies, lies, lies and more lies.
If Schirmer is not just repeating what he is reading from another persons analysis in his reports then why is he not paying his growing debts and why can’t he provide anyone with evidence of his trades or financial activity?
Where’s the credibility in any of this Schirmer?

Today is DDay for David Schirmer and there are a lot of people watching.
This is what the secret IS in my opinion:
a) A massive marketing campaign designed to line the pockets of the teachers NOT help the masses.
b) An evil form of human seduction and emotional manipulation.
Not one of the teachers on The Secret are making REAL changes to humanity despite boasting about making their millions. If they are, wheres the proof?
Where are the Mother Theresa’s the ones who are willing to live ample but humble lives and gift their excess successes to the needy? Instead they choose to tell the needy that they created their own problems so get off your butt and fix it up. Try telling that to a small child in Africa with aids. This is the most evil that mankind can be and by the looks of it, the only reason why he talks like this is because he has nothing to give because he has spent it all living a pretentiously wealthy lifestyle. Lets see if he can prove that one wrong today.
We all hope that Schirmers wrongs can be righted and that MUST start today otherwise David Schirmer should be seriously under investigation by everyone not just the authorities. For the Schirmers to continue successfully now is almost impossible according to the laws he feels compelled to egotistically preach when all the evidence shows that he knows bugger all about any of it.

Lest we forget!
The Schirmers must humble themselves and go back to the place they were in when everyone helped them out. The public can now see through all the lies and deceit so there is no point making even more of a fool of yourself Schirmer. Blaming other people for your own actions is lame and a crock considering you are supposed to be a teacher on the secret. You have successfully make a mockery of the secret, cost the producers and all the other teachers an absolute fortune and defamed Bob Proctor it seems.

David Schirmer maybe a conman but let’s not overlook Bob Proctor’s involvement. Life Success is run by the two of them. I’m not for Schirmer and I think what he did was extremely awful however Bob Proctor is no different. This is not the first time Bob has had involvement with someone/something that is unethical and immoral not to mention illegal. Bob was involved in the SGR Program which was also illegal in it’s first run and like schirmer tried to cover that fact up. Honestly, I’d like to see ACA or some american channel do an expose of Bob Proctor. He’s been screwing people out of their money for a long time with his self help mumbo jumbo and has no evidence to back up his claim’s. When I last met him he bragged about his Jaguar (Which I’ve never seen in person) and told me he was a multimillionaire (again no proof)…could it be that he’s exactly like schirmer taking money of unsuspecting people to fund his own lavish lifesytle???

David Schirmer maybe a conman but let’s not overlook Bob Proctor’s involvement. Life Success is run by the two of them. I’m not for Schirmer and I think what he did was extremely awful however Bob Proctor is no different. This is not the first time Bob has had involvement with someone/something that is unethical and immoral not to mention illegal. Bob was involved in the SGR Program which was also illegal in it’s first run and like schirmer tried to cover that fact up. Honestly, I’d like to see ACA or some american channel do an expose of Bob Proctor. He’s been screwing people out of their money for a long time with his self help mumbo jumbo and has no evidence to back up his claim’s. When I last met him he bragged about his Jaguar (Which I’ve never seen in person) and told me he was a multimillionaire (again no proof)…could it be that he’s exactly like schirmer taking money of unsuspecting people to fund his own lavish lifesytle???

Well this is an interesting Blog. It starts with Colleen well up Schirmers arse and ends here with Carrie exposing the secret teachers for who they really are. I wonder what Colleen is thinking now?
The conclusion I have come to is that if Schirmer is so right then why are so many people saying so much? Let me guess, Schirmer is lying. Now if Schirmer is lying let’s look at what evidence we have. He promised on national tv to pay his traders the money he owes them and it looks like he has not done that. That’s enough evidence right there. Then again you go to his bornrich web site and he’s claiming to be a multimillionaire YET he cant pay anyone, another lie is it or does he just enjoy being publicly humiliated? I think we know the answer. What fool would go on national TV and promise to pay people then not do it while publicly claiming to be a multimillionaire?
Too bad David and Lorna Schirmer don’t have the honesty or ethics to turn this problem around. I suppose it is simple enough to pay someone to protect your assets but not very simple to protect your reputation.
What I object to most is that David and Lorna Schirmer claim to be personal development experts yet they have not shown any evidence of it. They have not made any attempts to right any wrongs and David Schirmer is deliberately playing the cocky, smart arse, catch me if you can idiot which only makes him look more guilty and even more of a fool in the eyes of the public.
So to see that Schirmer and Proctor are tarred with one brush is not surprising at all.

As usual Schirmer has a bet each way on his trading analysis with a cycle high on Tuesday and oh that’s right it just might go higher during the week shit I better cover my butt. When Schirmer can show proof of his trading ability and only then is when everyone will begin to believe him. All you are Schirmer is a spruiker who parrots what other people are saying and you hope like hell it is remotely right.
Schirmer how about letting the market tell “you” what it’s doing then you might get it right and start producing some returns like you boast about. Unless and until you can show some proof of returns for the traders who you have fleeced then you have no respect and you are not deserving of any respect.
Best of luck creating more suckers, you are going to need it with all the crap you have told everyone. Your biggest hurdle are your lies, then comes your ego, then last but by no means least your pride.

After listening to David Schirmers video response to the ACA video, I feel certain that David Schirmer has had something happen to him as a young adult that has caused him to be very self centred and deceitful, which has caused him to steal from others and delusionally claim it to be his own. David Schirmer needs help and I feel if he were to get help his life would turn around. Sadly he is probably not at a point of acknowledging that yet but soon enough he will and he must.
David and Lorna Schirmer cannot continue with the emotional and financial hurt of others on their conscience forever, God will not allow it. Either they will collapse in sickness or their business will dry up which will be shattering to their ego and self worth. The longer they go on without making restitution in any way, the darker and more difficult it will get for them. That is not my law, that is Gods law and the laws that we all live by.
To everyone who is waiting for what is theirs, be strong, you are not alone. I am certain that the Schirmers no no peace at this moment.

How absolutely positively incredibly laughable is that. This guy can’t even pay his investors back, or the people who have worked for him, or his traders or suppliers and he is now asking people to join him for an incredible once in a lifetime opportunity to spread his message. Oh and there are only 15 places so you better hurry. For someone who owes so much money you’d think he would take all he could get to get everyone off his back but in typical Schirmer style crap crap and more crap. I considered this opportunity a few years ago and I thought the investors are taking legal action over this because they have not had a refund of their investment or any profit share while Schirmer has been publicly boasting of millions of dollars of profits. Is this another example of Schirmer ethics or just a sign of desparation? I would advise anyone to contact the media to find out who the investors are and speak to them before they pay David Schirmer anything for the affiliate opportunity he is offering through his Wealth By Choice company. I also think that anyone interested in any of Schirmers products should investigate whether he has a license to sell the products he is offering including the music and the books. In the end if you buy these opportunities you are responsible for what you are selling to the public and what music you are using and what you are saying. Be very careful, this guy has shown that he has no ethics and is apparently being investigated as well as having legal action taken against him. The investigation process is slow but the action will be swift and you don’t want to be caught up in it after outlaying thousands of dollars for nothing. It’s no surprise that the secret has many more secret’s. I’ve just found out that Dr. Joe Vitale a teacher featured in the secret is not an actual doctor. He just gave himself that title inorder to build credibility. Why am i not surprised. That’s exactly what david did when he said he was worth millions. Credibility in an Internet Marketer (Scammers) best friend it allows them to get peoples trust and more importantly their money. I’ve searched the internet and consulted with professors at Local Universities - There is no such thing as a doctorate in Metaphysical studies which Joe Vitale claims to have. God, I feel sorry for all those poor people that invested with him after watching the secret.
Since this is new news, I’d appreciate it if some of you spread the news just like you’ve done with David Schirmer to prevent other unsuspecting people/investors from getting burned.
Also while we are on the subject I’ve done some digging behind Michael Beckwith another teacher in the secret and cannot find any information on the doctorate he claims to have…I really hope he didn’t fake his doctorate to gain popularity…he was my favourite teacher.
It seems like the LOA has ultimately back fired on the Secret Teachers and Rhonda Bryne. Reminds me of the saying “The Hunter has finally become the hunted”. For the people these guys have conned I hope they spend and eternity in hell.

Do you know what is even more incredible about Schirmers email about Tony Robbins is that he even admits to USING OTHER PEOPLE way back then. I am finding the same people everywhere I go investigating David Schirmer.
I find it very disturbing that one man can impact the lives of so many people so negatively yet be attempting to teach people the right way to live. I think he is a hypocrite and should walk away or be forced to walk away from the personal development industry. David Schirmer is causing more hurt by continuing along his greedy path to self gratification and it looks like he doesn’t care in he least. I believe his stubborness and greed will be his downfall because he is losing more and more respect every day and every time he tries to take from others. That was the problem in the first place so doing more of the same is not going to change the results. Even David Schirmer should know that. I think he needs to walk away and give everyone time to heal and himself time to be calm and make a committment to each person. I guess that is what the most ethical people do but I’m not sure David Schirmer understands what ethics are. Maybe it will take the enforcement of the law to make him come to his senses.

I have just heard that David Schirmer will be on ACA again tomorrow night does anyone know if that is true?
I spoke to this guy and there was something about his smooth talk that really ticked me off. I have not bought any of his products so can’t comment on them, just don’t like the look and the sound of the guy. Wouldn’t trust him within a mile of my wife either.

Schirmer was spotted in Brisbane Australia last night with his girlfriend (oh yes, that was very obvious). I can’t believe this guy gets up on stage and talks about his lovely wife and without any consideration for his family at all makes it VERY obvious that he’s cheating on them. I have been in his seminars and I feel sick at the crap he goes on about now. He is nothing more than a good spruiker with no ethics, morals, proof of anything he claims to be or do or wealth. Schirmer if you have it, prove it and be a man and pay all the people back that you agreed to. I think this guy has sunk so low he doesn’t know how to dig himself out of the hole. What a bloody idiot. “

I believe THE SECRET is a paradox of deluded greed and senseless emotional ruin. People like David Schirmer NEED and are desperate for recognition. They try to multiply their possessions but have absolutely no values. They have learned how to make a living, but don’t have a life. They add years to life not life to years. They have narrow viewpoints and do larger things but not better things. They think they are big men but have very small character. They talk more, but learn less. They plan more, but accomplish less. They rush, but not wait. They focus on steep profits and have shallow relationships. They seek fancier houses but have broken homes. They make quick trips, have throwaway morality, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything. They have much in the showroom window and nothing in the stockroom….
