Got a HD one and now we have it working. Thanks for your help. The only reason I can think of why you can't get it is because you may have bought a Standard Definition Set-Top Box which will NOT play 7HD. A SD box will show you that the HD channel is present but will not show you the content. If you are wanting to view these channels you need to make sure you buy HD (High Definition) Set-Top Boxes or Intergrated Tv's. Any further questions please don't hesitate to ask them here... However I will try and find out and report back.
