Last Night On 7HD…

Sorry if I’m milking this for all its worth, but there has been an exceptional amount of interest in Seven’s new channel 7HD. If you don’t know yet, on Monday night Seven launched 7HD and you can read about that here. Seven yesterday then released some information about the new channel and its line-up of shows for the remainder of the week which can be seen here.

Last night 7HD showed the first episode of a television series called The Grid, created by The BBC and Fox Television, staring Dylan McDermott and Julianna Margulies.

So far all of the show’s on 7HD have gone commercial free with the exception of the Seven promo’s and sneak peeks. During The Grid there was only one break and this was to show a few promo’s and a sneak peek at next weeks Prison Break, followed by the same message given by other Seven personalities this time from Melissa Doyle. “Australia’s favorite show’s never looked so good, Seven’s High Definition, you gotta love it.”

After the conclusion of The Grid, it was another round of Seven promo’s and a sneak peek at next week’s episode of Heroes, followed by the same message again this one from Mathew White. After which That 70’s Show started…

The show ran uninterrupted with no promo’s or sneak peeks, until after the show had finished where it was then the same sneak peek as before about Heroes, then it was straight into another episode of That 70’s Show, then the channel resumed normal Seven broadcasting.
