Week Four On 7HD: 4th Nov - 10th Nov…

A lot of people seem to be having some trouble with finding 7HD on their television. If you are here are some suggestions. First make sure you have a High Definition set-top box or and integrated High Definition television and not a Standard Definition set-top box or television. A Standard Definition box will present HD channels but it will just be a blank screen, so be mindful of this. If you do have the right equipment and you still can’t find it, make sure you have the station on channel 70, this is where 7HD is located. Also some common problems are due to reception or aireal quality, and you may need to upgrade your aireal if you are using the same one used when having analogue television, although in most cases it should be fine. If all that fails, try to re-scan all of the channel’s and if that all fails to work, you may need to contact a professional for help to resolve the issue… although it shouldn’t have to come to that.
