David Attenborough’s Life In Cold Blood…

feature photo

This year the Monday 7:30pm - 8:30pm time slot on the Nine Network has been a nightmare with ratings flops, most recently the Power of Ten hosted by Steve Jacobs was pulled after two episodes because of the lack of ratings. This week its replacement David Attenborough’s Life In Cold Blood took on the time slot and has proved to be a huge success with a whopping 1.3million people tuning in.

Life In Cold Blood looks at the world of those slippery and slimy creatures classed as reptiles and amphibians. From lizards on the Golapicus Islands to fish eating crocodilians in India, this is another must see documentary series from David Attenborough.

These documentary series’ from the BBC have been proving popular this year, the other being Seven Wonder’s of the Industrial World which aired on the Seven Network during the non-ratings Easter break, and also Michael Palin’s New Europe which has failed to fire mainly due to a poor time slot.

This is the final series from Attenborough with his previous series Planet Earth airing on ABC1 last year to great success also.

David Attenborough’s Life In Cold Blood air’s on the Nine Network Monday night’s at 7:30pm.
