Deal Or No Deal Double Shot…
With the start of the Nine Network’s Million Dollar Wheel of Fortune this week, Seven has tried to stop its loyal viewers switching over to Nine by offering a double chance at winning $200,000.
In doing so it means that “the monkey” or the 50 cent case has been removed and replaced with the extra $200,000 case. But don’t think that this addition to the show is here to stay with this only lasting for two weeks before things get back to normal.

The only big question now is will Deal be getting a run for its money now that the Wheel has made a come back on a rival network. It should instigate some interest in the first week for sure, but will this be maintained for future week improving the Nine News and creating a drop in viewers for Seven’s news service. If so it will establish that the age old debate of an effective lead in program before the news works.
