City Homicide Returns For A Second Season…

Tonight was the return of the hit Australian crime drama City Homicide on the Seven Network with all the regular cast members Shane Bourne, Noni Hazlehurst, Nadine Garner, Daniel MacPherson, Aaron Pedersen and Damien Richardson all reprise their roles from season one.

This is one of the great Australian dramas and it is great to see the confidence in Australian networks producing local content with others including Sea Patrol, Canal Road, Underbelly and later in the year Seven will premier Packed to the Rafters.

In this first episode back, watch out for Russel Gilbert’s small role as a homeless person (see below), he actually does a pretty good job at it.

City Homicide can be seen on the Seven Network 8:30pm Monday Night’s.
