Seven News Gets That Olympic Feeling…

Well last night it was Nine with a slight change to there news in Melbourne at least, and tonight Seven News has a small and you could argue perhaps a little unnoticeable but a change none the less.

With the Olympic Games coming in 33 days (yes only 33 days) Seven News is now using the Olympic rings in a simular fashion to that used in there logo for sporting telecasts.

This week has seen changes to all three networks news services in Melbourne in regards to presentation, Ten News Melbourne got a whole new set, Nine News as shown last night in Melbourne was presented standing-up and now the Olympic logo has been added to Seven News tonight. In addition to this both Seven and Nine News services (in Melbourne) have gone without a watermark but Seven has returned the watermark to the left hand side of screen. Rebecca Maddern presented tonight’s bulletin in the examples used.
