All New Daytime Television: The View…
Starting today the Nine Network has a new line-up of daytime television replacing its midday movie with Emmy Award winning American talk show The View coming directly off the satellite from American network ABC. The show has five co-hosts with Whoopi Goldberg, Barbra Walters, Joy Behar, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Sherri Shepherd.
The popular talk show has been available to Foxtel subscribers for a number years on the W Channel and recently moved the time slot of the show to 11am when it was revealed that the Nine Network would be airing the show at 12pm, this way Foxtel viewers can see the show an hour earlier than free to air viewers.
Today’s show didn’t start until 1:30pm because of the US Open Women’s Tennis final which went longer than what the network anticipated.
Because of the time differences today’s show went to air in the US on Friday meaning Monday’s show will be here on Tuesday, Tuesday’s show on Wednesday and so on…
The View can be seen on the Nine Network Midday every weekday, excluding WIN viewers and Channel Nine Adelaide and Perth.
