Go Go Underbelly, Yellow Power Ranger Makes Underbelly Prequel…
Anna Hutchison looks set to be given a role in the upcoming prequel to the Underbelly series playing a blonde bombshell centred on the character Alison Dine. The 23 year old actress is known for playing the role of the Yellow Power Ranger in the children’s TV series Power Rangers.
The young actress was unable to comment to The Daily Telegraph as she is currently filming a movie over in New Zealand called Legend of the Seeker.
The prequel to Underbelly will be based in the 70’s and 80’s and will follow the lives of those involved in Sydney’s underworld, with Peter O’Brian tipped to get the leading role in the new series. Griffith will be the Sydney town to come under focus in the series looking at the dope trade the town is known for.
The series is due to start production soon with it to screen on the Nine Network from early 2009.
