Interest rate rises are big news in this country at the moment, but an employee at Macquarie Bank was trying to get a rise in another area during a live cross to the bank on the latest rate decision during a Seven News update.
On closer inspection the Macquarie Bank employee appears to be looking up some of his favourite reading material, hope his wife wasn’t watching…. (Video below)

He’s just doing his patriotic best – that shot just happens to be the latest Miranda Kerr photo shoot for GQ magazine…rather that than the interest rate announcement!
Good on him, nothing to be ashamed of, Miranda Kerr is a very attractive woman!
Looks like he’s using Outlook and looking at pictures sent to him.
I love how right at the end he minimises it and looks at the camera guiltily… haha
