hey everyone it’s chisel team to back your hola and the question of today is what to do if it becomes easy to buy chisel we received a couple of messages saying that hey I was training with chisel and after a couple of weeks it became easier well that’s not a surprise that became easier because your message their muscles they are getting stronger you’re after all training with them and many are asking whether there is going to be a tougher version to be available in the nearest future yes the tougher version will be available up there sometime but you actually don’t need a tougher version to completely exhaust your jaw off there every single training I have I’m actually still using my original regular bite even though my joy is so much stronger now and I’m still able to completely exhaust – of their muscles after every single training and it’s the same I’m not increasing the intensity of chisel using the same one and getting the same type of results and it’s possible and I’m gonna tell you how so tip number one you want to be squeezing with your max force every single time you bite every single time so tip number two is in the very beginning where you’re doing slow bites you want to be going really slow and really feeling those muscles the tip number three you want to very slow bites and fast bites so you want to be increasing the speed and then decreasing the speed doing super super fast bites and then doing really really slow but very focused bites tip number four is you want to be doing holes for a longer time in the routine that we’re proposing you have this very last stage at which you just bite down then you hold and if we propose hold for twenty seconds then just start increasing that time increase it to thirty Seconds increase it to forty seconds yeah this will help a lot and tip number five last one is you do want to be doing breaks as with any muscle growth you don’t want to be training with that muscle every single day so you train for a couple of days then you take a break then you may be training for a couple more days take a bit longer break give some time for the muscle to rest and to repair itself and to grow so these five tips is basically everything I do to continue extracting the full benefit even though just doing a regular bite so not switching to a tougher bite I’m not switching to demi-gods bite because I’m still able to extract so many benefits from a regular bite if this one will eventually get easier and I’ll have to spend like I don’t know how far a day chewing to get the same result yes I will switch but but so far what more months I think right now I’m chewing and I’m still able to get the same result every single time we’re doing training so don’t stress one of these five tips will really help you to extract the full benefit and do the most challenging workout every single time without betraying so it’s gonna get easier but your intensity of training will increase and if you’re really doing it properly you will exhaust masseter muscles every single time every single time somebody sent me messages all right it’s been dima from chisel team no you go train your jaw and look better
